In reply to: You do not appear to have any plugins available at this time.Lol.
You’ll need either FTP or access to your hosts cPanel. What you are doing is going to your server; where the files are hosted; and checking the folder permissions.
If you have no idea; call your host and they can assist.

In reply to: Portfolio on website is empty after upgradeTry going to your admin panel -> settings -> permalinks.
Take note of your current permalinks setting. Then, switch it to something different, and save. Now, switch it back to what you had originally, and save again.
See if that fixes the issue.

In reply to: Install Plugins erorIt sounds like a php.ini setting.
You’ll want to check your PHP settings; and make sure you have allow_url_fopen set to on.
If you do not know what that is; your hosting provider should be able to help.

In reply to: Using WordPress without effecting existing HTML siteA couple options:
1) You can give the same url to your new WordPress installation. Do your work; and when you’re ready…. you’ll change the DNS nameservers (where you registered your domain) to point to your “Host02” account; rather than your “Host01” account.
2) You can tell WordPress to use a url like “www.MyCompanySite.com/wp”. Install your files there; do your work; and when you’re ready… you’ll want to Move WordPress.

In reply to: Making my site mobile friendlyHi,
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for premium themes. We are all volunteers; and do not have access to premium content.
It would serve you better to ask for support via the Mint Themes support channel:

In reply to: Content on home pageHi,
When you are creating/editing the post; look over to the right of the content editor and you should see two different areas; one for tags, and another for categories.
Note; if you do not see these areas, then look at the top-right of the page for a little tab named “Screen Options”. Click that tab, and make sure “tags” and “categories” are checked.
Next, you will want to select either the tag or category (whichever is applicable); and save the post.
This should group the post with the others.

You may email the information to plugins [at] wordpress.org, including as much detail as possible.
They will review the claim, and take any appropriate steps to alert the plugin developer.
