I also have the same problem. My blog is http://www.lapsoflife.com and for some reason starting with when I posted the second last post, all internal links such as comments and recent posts have gone dead and I can’t figure out why.
I wish I can provide more information than this but I can’t – if anyone has any ideas what it may be or would like to request some information from me I am happy to give it, please post here.
