Any solution to this problem?
I’m in the same boat. Plug in is working on the web site but is imposible to edit any box because all of them are not visible. They disapeared after plug in updates.

Exactly the same thing here.
Same solution at this moment. Downgrade to 2.4.9
I had to completely delete Virtue theme and then reinstall 2.4.9 to have the THEME OPTIONS back.

Problem Solved (found this in another forum)
Hey,
You have to have the virtue toolkit installed for the theme options to show.
This is per the recent change in theme guidelines here on wordpress.org.
