Problem solved. It was my mistake. I have changed the field “email” to “e-mail ID”. This was the problem. Now I have changed back to “email”, so it is ok now. Thank you for your help…. it is really an out standing plugin….
Admin (me) is getting the email notification but the participants is not getting….
Thank you for your answer and quick response. But still I can’t solve it. Also I am unable to set up SMTP email plugin. In addition I am using “WP-Members” plugin, is there any effect of this? If yes then how to solve that.
