    I figured the issue out. Completely my mistake. There was a warning “The IP-2-Nations data needs to be updated/installed before you can use the Content By Country plugin.”

    Aftering allowing this update/installation, everything is working correctly.

    And some additional testing, the short code [CBC_COUNTRY /] does not work but
    [CBC_IP /] does.

    Using the Opera VPN, a site in Germany displays nothing for country but it does display the unique IP Address. Same when testing it in America and in the UK.

    Country "[CBC_COUNTRY /]" and IP "[CBC_IP /]"
    Displays

    Country “” and IP “173.225.116.148”

    I am having an issue testing with a VPN. When using Opera with VPN turned on and set to Germany my swap does not appear to work.

    Here is my code:

    [CBC show="n" country="de"] USA Logo [/CBC]
[CBC show="y" country="de"] Germany Logo [/CBC]

    For testing purposes, if I temporarily swap this in the US, the Germany logo display.

    [CBC show="y" country="de"] USA Logo [/CBC]
[CBC show="n" country="de"] Germany Logo [/CBC]

    So that testing works.

    But when viewing the site through the VPN set to Germany, it does not display the Germany Logo.

    We just had a resident in Germany contact us and confirm it is not displaying properly. Any ideas why?
