Thank you for your reply! We have double checked the email configuration and spam folders. Nothing has changed since before installing CF7, when the email was working properly. You suggest checking the debug and error logs. How do I access these? So far I have seen no errors being reported in WordPress. Also, we have no other add-ons for the Contact Form 7 – this one for the Google Sheets Connector is the only one.
