Contact Form 7 Email Not Working After CF7 Google Sheets Connector Installation

    We have been using Contact Form 7 for quite some time, with emails properly being sent each time someone submitted the form. Recently we installed CF7 Google Sheet Connector to have data automatically sent to a Google Sheet. This function is working very well and we are happy with it. However, since we installed CF7, the emails are no longer being sent when someone submits the form. The Google Sheet is populated correctly, but we don’t receive the email like we used to.

    Thanks for using CF7 Google Sheet Connector for your site.

    Emails also work perfectly with this addon, can you double-check the configured email? make sure to check spam email box too. Also check the debug log, on the basis of error log, will get an idea about the issue, sometimes it may happen if there is a conflict between another CF7 addon, let me know if you are using another addon as well.

    Thank you for your reply! We have double checked the email configuration and spam folders. Nothing has changed since before installing CF7, when the email was working properly. You suggest checking the debug and error logs. How do I access these? So far I have seen no errors being reported in WordPress. Also, we have no other add-ons for the Contact Form 7 – this one for the Google Sheets Connector is the only one.

    If no errors found then you have to enable debug log from wp-config.php file.
    Alternatively, deactivate the plugin once and check if an email is received after filling a form.
