I found out the problem, there were 2 files in the theme46787 folder and the CherryFramework folder that still had a couple of the old directory names in the files. Once I updated them and loaded them to the site via FTP, everything is now working fine. Thanks for your quick reply and help
Almost my real name, just abbreviated a bit, first name OK the Horn is part of my last name. No reference to Twin Peaks at all. LOL

I contacted authorize.net and here is the info that they supplied me with, in your opinion what would work best here.

Inbound Authorize.Net Web traffic–including connections to our gateway URLs–will be on the 64.94.118.0/24 (64.94.118.*) range. Any merchants setting up a firewall should be given this range.
Merchants needing specific IP addresses for specific APIs may perform a DNS lookup on the domain name in question.Thanks again
