I figured as much. I knew better to sync a backup locally before upgrading plug-ins. I also need to upgrade to the newest version of WP. I believe the host is Cloudflare. I contacted the person managing the site before I took it on, so hopefully they can supply me at least with the username so I can get access to the host.
My issue is I never downloaded or had a local version of the site. I just logged into via the we-admin url. I also inherited this so the non-profit could save money which doesn’t seem like I am doing that for them, but I have no clue who the host is. I thought it was GoDaddy, but this is to a different coalition site I am assisting with the same non-profit.
Can I download WordPress locally and pull in all the files?
