Hi,

Please could you explain what you mean with this part;

Now we will try creating it from the CGI option in your cPanel.

cPanel > CGI > Select PHP5.4 (single) php.ini

I’m quite new to all of this.

At the moment I can’t login to the site, only accessing through FTP using Filezilla.

Hi there,

I have created a file called php.ini in the public html folder, added the code above and uploaded. I refreshed the page but this didn’t give me any error messages.

Was that saved in the correct location?
