Thanks Tizz, upgrading is a priority- just not sure when it’s going to happen. It ended up being a plugin conflict, oh WordPress, how I love you sometimes… 🙂

Hi Cais, as indicated we’re on WP 3.4.1 and aren’t easily able to upgrade our network isntall to 3.8.1. I was simply hoping you could advise me of any common issues that cause this to happen so that I could be more effective in investigating.

Hi, thank you. I tried this and had to revert since the new version is not compatible with our current wordpress install.
