In reply to: [SVG Support] SVG not showing in media or on webpageActually, im still having this problem. It worked initially but no longer.
In the media folder, i upload the SVGs and its hit-and-miss whether they show or not. Some do, sometimes, but at other times they are shown as empty boxes which are then shown on the site as blank space rather than the icon.I’m the site owner but i’m using a developer to build it. I know basics on WP but would rather test things myself than ask the developer to try things. So any tests or solutions that are easy for me to do would be preferred. I’m concerned that de-activating the theme (which is custom to me) or other plug ins would cause problems when re-activating.

In reply to: [SVG Support] SVG not showing in media or on webpageHi, Sorry for not feeding back. The issue was with the SVG files. They were saved via Photoshop rather than Illustrator, and i think thats the reason they werent working. We re-did them all and its working ok.

No I don’t think so…. I have the images but I don’t have database or did a back up, that i’m aware of. I’m abit of a novice to this :-/
Does that mean that everything is lost?

Thanks so much for the reply! I really like the logic, it makes perfect sense to me. But unfortunately it didn’t seem to make a difference to the mobile view – nothing changed. Would my other CSS be blocking it? What happens on mobile is that the original images in 3 columns display really small and in 2 columns, on my iPhone 5 atleast.
I can get rid of the original CSS if there’s a better way to do what I want it to do?
I’m using Stout theme by the way. I’m happy to share the site if there’s a way I can do so privately, but its not ready to be made public yet. I am trying to iron out these niggles first.
