I am having the exact same issues aswell on both of my websites. I have also done the same disable/re enable options and no resolution to the issue. I deactivated the 2FA settings and cleared connection settings also and re did them.. still not resolved.

I’m having similar problem but no white screen, my sites do work, it’s just wordfence and I have tried your suggestion above but it hasn’t worked. I have 2 websites and this has happened to both my sites, i have only noticed today when i haven’t been getting a notification email when i log into my website either. I tried rolling back to earlier version of wordfence aswell but this didn’t resolve it either.
I noticed this error:
