Hello, the missing Plugins menu is an important clue. On a self-hosted WordPress dashboard, that menu is normally only shown to an administrator account. If you are signed in with a different role, such as Editor, you will not see Plugins or the stats settings, even if the plugin is still installed. Could you look down the left-hand menu for Users? If Users is also missing, you are very likely not signed in as the administrator, and the person who set up the site would need to check your role or sign in with the main administrator account. If you can see Users, check whether you are using the account that was used when the site was set up. That check is worth doing before installing anything new, because installing a second stats plugin will not restore the old graph if the original plugin is simply hidden behind a different account or role.
