In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] API blockedHi there,
Thanks for keeping in touch with us.
In this case, I’m afraid the restriction can only be via IP address as it currently stands. Website restrictions will not work. It is likely you are viewing a cached version of your calendar in the other site where you suggest that website restrictions do work.
About your host IP changing, unfortunately there isn’t much we can do from our end about that. I would recommend requesting your host to provide you with a static IP address. You can then use this IP address to carry out the restriction.
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] Issue with calendars on mobileHi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Regarding the query here, this seems to be more of qtip library issue. Our team are actually looking into why this occurs on some sites. In the meantime, I would suggest installing the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and set it to use the Legacy Jquery version.
Sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused.

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] API blockedHi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
In regards to your question here, unfortunately, it’s not possible to restrict the API key by website. If you want to carry out restrictions, it should be by the IP address of your server since we get events from the backend. I would recommend that you consult your host for this information.
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] Timezone IssuesHi there,
Thanks for keeping in touch with us.
I’m glad to hear that you managed to identify the conflicting plugin. Unfortunately we have not carried out compatibility tests with the Beaver Themer plugin. The plugin is also a commercial product hence we are not in a position to provide support support on it here. I would recommend consulting the plugins’ support team about the issue within their official support channel.
Sorry that I was not of much help in this.

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] Arrows not working on logoutHi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
In regards to it seems that the AJAX request to WordPress’s admin-ajax.php endpoint is being blocked. This is likely due to a permission issue, security, or server-side issue. I would suggest that:
– If perhaps you have a security plugin in place, please try and disable it and check whether the issue is resolved.
– Check with your host whether there could be a server configuration or Firewall in place blocking AJAX requests.
– Counter-check your files and ensure that they have the correct permissions. You may as well consult your host to assist you in checking this.I hope this helps.
