In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] Event ColorsHi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
In regards to your question here, I can see that you are using a pro plugin in that calendar. In this regard, support for issues related to commercial plugins is not provided here. I would recommend submitting a support ticket here: https://simplecalendar.io/contact/ .
I hope this helps.

Hi there,
I’m sorry that you feel this way.
In regards to the queries that you have raised here:
- The plugin docs are actually valid. You can access the docs here: https://staxwp.com/docs/buddybuilder/ .
- I do not see any support topics or tickets from you. If you need support for the commercial products, please create a support topic here: https://my.staxwp.com/ .
- If you also have a dispute on the commercial product, instead of claiming that it is a scam, as per the forum guidelines here: https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products , again please raise the dispute as a ticket here: https://my.staxwp.com/ .
Thanks for your understanding.

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
With respect to your question here, I do not seem to trace any calendar from Simple Calendar in the link that you shared. The “print and agenda” buttons feature are also not present in Simple Calendar. As for the Week, month and today buttons, these are not present in the free version of Simple Calendar.
I hope this information helps.
Kind Regards,
John

Hi Neil,
Thanks for keeping in touch with us.
In this case, I would suggest checking out the event-builder.php file within the Google-Calendar-Events >includes > events directory path.
I hope this helps.

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
In regards to your question here, it’s possible to alter the event details rendered by removing the default tags within the calendar. However, altering the Event title is not something possible. It would entail custom work to the plugin itself to implement this.
Sorry that I was not of much help in this.

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
With respect to your query here::
- As for the last activity, you need to ensure that the member has carried out an activity first. once the member carries out an activity, the activity content will be rendered.
- As for the action buttons, you need to navigate to the Settings > BuddyPress section and ensure that you enable Friend Connections and Private Messaging. It’s also important to note that the buttons are rendered on a logical perspective. For example, a “Cancel Friendship Request” button can only be rendered on a member profile if the said member is a friend.
I hope this information helps.
Kind Regards,
John

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
In regards to the query here, this is likely due to caching. Please see this faq section in regards to this: https://docs.simplecalendar.io/faq/#faq-160 . In addition, please ensure that you clear your calendar cache as outlined here: https://docs.simplecalendar.io/how-to-clear-calendar-cache/ .
I hope this helps.
