In this case, yes that is the issue. You need to add events even for the previous months, otherwise there back navigation will be disabled. The same case happens for the next navigation if you want to navigate past July 2025.

Navigate to the calendar.php within the google-calendar-events/includes/abstracts/ directory path

Within the file, replace line 796 with the following code:

$gcal_end_dt = $end_dt_raw->format($gcal_dt_format) ?? '';

Save your changes.

In this case, please increase your WordPress memory limit to at least 512M. You can do so by modifying the wp-config.php file within the root of your site files, and add the following code before the line that reads: /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */

define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);

Once this is done, check whether the issue is resolved.
