In reply to: [Seamless Donations is Sunset] Not sending Thank You Emails@emreader – Disabling Database Cache and Object Cache in W3 Total Cache is done in the “General Settings”. Just make sure that the “Enable” checkbox is NOT checked for both Database Cache and Object Cache.
That fixed the email details showing up. I believe the “sender” information functioned as per the developer’s intentions after that. If you test it, check the Spam folder, and copy the “From” email address into your Contacts to avoid the Spam folder.

I have tried everything that I can think of to fix this. I even activated the “data return” element inside paypal. Still no change. I really need to come up with a solution soon, as the website is live, and the form details need to be there.
Any help is much appreciated.
