In reply to: Have an Index.html in same root of my WordPress blog (public_html)No I just want a page for people to LAND on first, before they enter the wordpress blog/site itself…. I had made a special index page, but then had installed the wordpress into the root directory….
So on this index page, the words ENTER MEMORIAL should then goto the 1st page of wordpress…
Make sense?
Not sure its going to happen though 🙁

In reply to: Have an Index.html in same root of my WordPress blog (public_html)Yes. The site is up and running in the root of rememberingmymother.com and I guess index.php is loading first since that’s the root.
I just want a specific index.html file to load first which is an “entrance page” and then the visitor would select “Enter” and I would like that href to load the blog – would that be index.php?
