Is there a way to assign properties to the post categories? This seems like it may solve my dilemma. What would possibly work is to create a category properties to do what I want. If I could create a category that when used, shows only the most recent in that category, and always posts on top. My problem would be solved. Is there any way to do that?
I thought of that, but was thinking it’d be nice to have a plugin that would do that job. Maybe what I’m asking for doesn’t exist though. Any other ideas?
Sorry, poor description. I’d like to have a block at the top of my blog that works like an introduction. It’s always there, and is static. Then I’d like the blog to start directly below that. Does that make more sense?
