Yep, it works on multisite on a per site basis and I have never had an issue with a loop. What’s the url with the loop?

No plugin will do it because when WordPress is in it’s own maintenance mode nothing runs. It’s updating so you can’t use any part of WordPress.

Not right now, but I have a a tool being released next that will let you generate a pure html you can use. Sign up here to be notified. http://www.comingsoonpage.comYou have to create a custom file called wp-maintenance.php and place it in your wp-content folder to override the built in Wp maintenance page.

Scale the background image to be as large as possible so that the background area is completely covered by the background image. Some parts of the background image may not be in view within the background positioning areaBasically it fits the windows and parts that down’t fit cut cropped.

In reply to: [Ultimate Coming Soon Page] Plugin Previously WorkingThis mean something in your configuration has changed. If you disable the coming soon plugin, do you see the black bar at the top on the website when logged in? If not then for sure your WordPress config has an error.
There is not an option right now, but I’ll add this. Looks for it by the end of the week!
