we just run a WooCommerce shop that is selling physical products. “Mass transaction” here should just mean that more or less all transactions going through the Paypal Checkout gateway end up as “transactions on hold” in Paypal, causing us 14 days of delay in actually receiving the money.
Paypal is missing shipping data that needs to be communicated either manully or automatically to release the transcations’ funds. Manual is not possible in terms of required workload, so I was asking if “the plugin could be altered to communicate this data to Paypal or changed in another way to not lead to those transactions on hold?”.

Somehow something’s being blocked that should actually be allowed.

In reply to: 403 Forbidden ErrorHi kmessinger, the options tab/page that will return the 403 when attempting to save settings is part of the custom theme. So, I won’t be able to replicate the issue using the default theme. Thanks though!
I have been messaging my hosting as well as theme provider extensively about this issue but no one’s really been able to help me.
My hosting provider is now going ahead and investigating the issue further by actually logging into my WordPress.Forum: Fixing WordPress

I’ve tried everything you mentioned (except for the server permissions/ownership point, which my hosting provider has done, allegedly), yet I still cannot access/update these settings.
