It’s a bit hit and miss now: some orders have the details added while some don’t… most don’t actually. There isn’t any indication in the activity log of differences in the process. I’ll activate debugging and get back to you.

- No, the last Amelia update was the 8th of July
- There is no entry for WooCommerce in Integration Settings. There is an entry in Payment Settings. Is that what you meant?

WooCommerce doesn’t appear at all in Integration Settings. It does appear in Payments Settings, however. Is that what you meant?

To answer your questions,
- We are using wp_amelia as our booking plugin
- this is the former, one order of multiple appointments on different days/weeks
- The screenshot was taken from the order list.

I had to revert to the last v7, this seems to be purely a v8 issue.
I’ve just spoken to Stripe customer service and they’re saying it isn’t them.
Ah, yeah that doesn’t help. TBH I only chose that because I has no idea where the error was coming from.
I tried to raise a ticket (7894124) but I seem to have been rebuffed. I need to have this resolved as this plugin is the sole method of our online sales which should be ~$2K per day.

I don’t know if I can provide a screenshot per se as I’m not really sure how the error is manifesting, other than the complete absence of input fields for credit/debit card details. The error itself is from the log.
