    I have downloaded the mini-opera browser to my phone and tried on that.

    It does seem to bring up the the upload section when you write a post, however it doesn’t bring up the browse button within that section so you can select an image on your phone to upload to your blog, which is a great shame.

    So it doesn’t look like the mobile opera version can do it either for word press.

    Hi. Yes I believe that if I go into the control panel area of the website for the hosting company I am with I can then go into the mysql databases in there and there is a phpmyadmin link I can click on.

    Thanks very much for the help guys. Yes it was the URL. I split it half way onto a new line.

    I tried making my own design to start with but it was too much of a hassle for a site I may only have for a couple of weeks at the most. I liked the Rin theme the most, and I looked at hundreds of them. A lot of them were very good, but that was the best.

    Yep, I think Howard could do it a little help 🙂 Well, perhaps not him personally, but definitely the rest of the party. I think Howard has been doing quite well and is very confident. It’s like the Leader without a party 🙂 You never know though, everyone thought in ’92 it would be a Labour landslide but all the polls were way off target… I guess Conservative voters don’t like to say how they are going to vote as much as others.

    Yep, my main website is for the team I love: Leeds Utd. I have not updated it for a while though; it is in need of an overhaul. I am just hosting my blogs for H off there atm.

    Hello.

    I tried adding this to the css. I added 4 styles each with different colours. However when I add the tags e.g.

    <span class=”style1″>
    This will now be colour #0000FF “blue”
    </span>

    It is still displayed as regular black coloured text.

    Could there be an option somewhere within the admin section that only allows certain tags in a post that is preventing this?

    Thanks

    Hi

    Thanks for the help guys. I managed to fix all this, except for a gap below the search box at the top and the first categoy, but now the sidebar has gone completely pear shaped again.

    For now I think I am just going to try downloading a theme someone else has designed and modify it a bit to suit my site.

    I don’t really like having the header and sidebar on different pages and called into the main index with an include anyway. I like it all to be on the one page.

    I am going to sort out my own proper page eventually, and then try copy everything needed to the side area.

    Okay. I seem to have gotten rid of the lines separating the header and footer.

    I’ve not figured out how to fix the list to unordered though. I am wondering if there is something in the php making it like this, and if there is a wordpress setting to change this?

    Also there is a gap above and below the sidebar, before the header and footer which I want to get rid of as well.

    If anyone can help that would be super.

    Thanks

    John
