Sometimes people comment on old blog posts, and I need to be able to reply to them. Is there any way that a simple email notification could be added to this excellent plugin?

Yep, 2.3.2 is the last version that works for me, too.
Same problem here.
Still doesn’t work, even tried uninstalling and re-installing.
