Hi Daniel,
Yes! Perfect.
I actually saw this suggestion on one of your other threads, but I must have misunderstood it.
Thanks for the help.
Hi Daniel
You will get a popup on http://carrick-wealth.com – that’s the old site and it works there, but on /new we’re getting nothing.
I just had a colleague that hasn’t visited the site on his pc yet go there, and still nothing.
To be clear – http://carrick-wealth.com/new is where I’m having the problem.
Hi Daniel,
I am building the client a new site http://carrick-wealth.com/new/ on a different theme.
I have copied the setting from the popup on the old site exactly http://carrick-wealth.com/, but I can’t get the popup to show.
I have looked at everything I can think of, but I am having no joy.Could you please have a look and advise?
Hi Daniel, thanks for the help yesterday. Found it and corrected it, and it seems to be better.
I need to disable all animation on this slider, as you’ll see if you go have a look that it keeps resizing the popup which makes it look cheap.
Also, I’m going to copy & paste text from our SEO guru, who has stipulated a few requirements for the popup that I cannot control from my side.
“The homepage should remain as is with the following additions
• New Regional Popup Div
o This div should be shown to all users we land on the website
If the users clicks outside of the div the popup should disappear and the current homepage should be visible
If the user select South Africa, the popup should also close showing the current homepage
• Do not redirect the user to a new page from the popup for South Africa
When user clicks on Zim/Mauritius they should go to the regional homepage /Zimbabwe/ or /Mauritius/
The Div should also have a close button
o Please do not redirected the user based on IP Address or browser language.”Can you assist?
And it didn’t work.
This particular site’s original developer used so much CSS that I wonder why they bothered with a WP template in the first place.
Can you give me an idea of where that code is so I can fix it?
I think you may have nailed it. I have a developer that has developed a “website designed by…” plugin that is flexible enough to use the way we all want it on WP, but it is a work in progress.
I’ve sent him your mail, but in the meantime I’ll disable the plugin.I have version 4.6.9.
Have a look at http://www.carrick-wealth-qrops.com to see what I’m talking about.Forum: Plugins

I have the following plugins:
Contact form 7
Jetpack
RSS Multi Importer
TinyMCE Advanced
WordPress SEO – Yoast
WP-SpamShield
WP Google Maps
All up to date…
I also have Ninja Forms, but deactivated.I’ll try your suggestion for the 2nd option & let you know if it doesn’t work.
Hi Guys,
I have re-installed the plugin. It seems to be switching ok, but home page is broken again, this time in both languages.
I haven’t tried editing any pages yet, because it is so difficult to uninstall this plugin if a lot of translations etc have been done, and right now I’m not 100% convinced.

Nav around a bit and see for yourself.
I’ve since completely uninstalled the plugin because we had a meeting with the client and I couldn’t show them a broken page.
That is possibly why you got what you did.
