Yes I have followed all the instructions excpet deleting and reinstalling the plugin. I cannot delete it because i have thousands of images in the gallery folders and seriously cannot afford to risk losing the months of work. I cannot see any other way other than to quit wordpress and transfer to different site builder. This is absurd. It was working perfectly fine last week!

I must be able to use the nextGEN gallery. Please help find a solution or I will have to quit WordPress and find an alternative.
