in a robot.txt file and upload it on the server? That’s it?

I chose “the method offered by the Theme’s author to make the entire WordPress Default/Kubrick Theme header clickable”, are there any differences between the methods shown here http://codex.wordpress.org/Designing_Headers ? Are some better than the others?
