    Change

    if(isset($new_instance['dw_logout']))
        $instance['dw_logout'] =  $new_instance['dw_logout'];
    if(isset($new_instance['dw_login']))
        $instance['dw_login'] = $new_instance['dw_login'];

    Into

    if(isset($new_instance['dw_logout']))
        $instance['dw_logout'] =  $new_instance['dw_logout'];
    else
        $instance['dw_logout'] =  0;

    if(isset($new_instance['dw_login']))
        $instance['dw_login'] = $new_instance['dw_login'];
    else
        $instance['dw_login'] = 0;

    Got the same error, here’s a bugfix for simply-instagram-functions.php line 187

    /**
* Get the most recent media published by a user.
*/
