Hi Phil,

unfortunately not, if I try to enter through a page Age Gate gets stuck.

Any ideas?

Hi @philsbury,

thanks for your reply.

The SG Optimizer was minifying the JS files, but after disabling it, the problem is still not solved…

What other plugins could concatenate the JS files?

Bom dia Limpinho

I am referring to this solved ticket as we are facing the same issue.

However all our products indicate the weight in gram as requested by the plugin. We also made sure that CTT is activated in the table rate settings.

Still the tracking number is not generated.
