I’ve added a custom field ‘thumb-slideshow’ and put the url of the image to the value. It is still not working.

I found the extra period in wp-config.php and removed it. It is the oddest thing. I don’t think I touched that file.Forum: Themes and Templates

I checked those files and I didn’t see any extra periods.
From the admin side of my website it is also appearing. I viewed the source code and saw that the period is appearing right before the DOCTYPE statement….<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN” “http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd”>
Do you know how to remove it?
