Should we set any expectations with the business in regard to any downtime for the site or anything else?
Would we test the forms, and the revert to the custom theme and activate all plugins right after the form tests regardless of the results?

I only see this info in the theme details (By Anonymous – WordPress SEO friendly theme). The current site and theme have been active for more than two years, and this issue only started recently.
