Thanks Prabhat, I did read this article earlier.
So, when I start my next project, which will be to update and build (in WordPress) a client’s old html site, bring their existing domain to my preferred server, but keep their old site live until the new site is all approved.
Could you advise what is the correct procedure?
It’s simple if I’m using a new domain, but otherwise it’s proving somewhat tricky.
