Hi there,
Thanks for reaching us.
From the error you’ve shared, we have investigated and determined there seems to be an underlying issue within this site’s database. The specific error line “on_save_post() must be an instance of WP_Post, null given” points to an issue in the database table structure that is either corrupted or is missing key elements.
Here are a couple of web articles you may find helpful in possibly repairing a corrupted WordPress database. I’ve also included WordPress’s Database Description article, which outlines the various tables, their structure, and necessary field values.

Kind Regards,Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out.
From your description, it appears that you’re experiencing issues with the Swiper JS library being loaded twice, once by your code and once by Elementor’s “Improved Asset Loading” feature. You can find more information about the loading method here:
Optimized Asset Loading Mode

Please note that as per WordPress.org guidelines, commercial product support isn’t provided on this platform. The information below is generic; I share it as I understand it is generic.
Currently, this only applies to Elementor Core widget handlers (JS files), and the Swiper library in Elementor and Elementor Pro instances. Pro widgets handlers will be added in a later Pro version. 3rd party addons may cause potential conflicts if they have not optimized their plugins to use this feature properly.
- Use a MutationObserver to watch for changes to the document’s <script> tags. When a new script is added, you can inspect its src attribute to see if it matches the Swiper library’s URL. When you dynamically load your Swiper version, ensure you’re not doing it if Elementor’s version is detected. This is where the MutationObserver method can come in handy.
- You can use readystatechange or load event listeners on the script tag to detect when Elementor’s Swiper JS finishes loading.
Remember, when dealing with third-party assets, it’s essential to test thoroughly to ensure no conflicts or unintended behaviors, especially concerning user experience.
I hope this helps. Thanks and have a wonderful day!

Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you are having this experience. I cannot provide the specified solution without viewing the website in detail and entering the WordPress dashboard. On your side, you can try the following:
Plugin Conflicts: Other plugins can sometimes conflict with Elementor. Deactivate other plugins one by one to see if any are causing the issue.
Update Everything: Ensure WordPress, your theme, and all plugins are up to date.
Saving the permalinks: Try re-saving the permalinks and see if that makes any difference.
Enable the switch front-end editor loader method. You can find it in the settings of Elementor in your WordPress Dashboard (see the screenshot below). Enable this option and check if it solved the issue.

Hello, This is something you will need to check with your hosting provider as it is not a direct issue with Elementor.
Possible Solutions:- Flush DNS Cache: Depending on your device, the DNS cache may need to be flushed to ensure you’re accessing the latest version of a website.
- Windows: Open Command Prompt and enter
ipconfig /flushdns. - Mac: Open Terminal and enter
sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder. - Linux: Open Terminal and enter
/etc/init.d/nscd restart. - Mobile Devices: For Android, you can use apps like “DNS Changer” to flush the DNS. On iOS, toggling Airplane mode can sometimes refresh the DNS cache.
- Windows: Open Command Prompt and enter
- Check CDN Settings: If you’re using a Content Delivery Network (CDN) like Cloudflare, make sure you purge its cache after making changes to your site. This will ensure the updated content is served to your visitors.
- Web Hosting Provider: Sometimes the cache can be server-side. Contact your hosting provider and ask if they have any server-side caching mechanisms in place that could be holding onto the outdated content. They might provide insights or assist in clearing it.
- Content Management System (CMS): Some CMS platforms like WordPress have caching plugins or built-in caching mechanisms. Ensure you clear cache from these as well after making updates.
- Network Equipment: Occasionally, certain routers or modems can cache web content. A simple restart of your router or modem might help in some cases.
- Device Restart: It’s a straightforward step but often overlooked. Restarting your device can help clear up minor caching issues.
If you’ve tried the above steps and still face the issue, it might be worth diving deeper into any specific caching configurations on your server, CMS, or CDN setup.

Hello,
According to your comment, the image you are trying to edit may come from the Astra theme, not Elementor.
I have made a brief screencast for you giving an example (without audio): https://somup.com/c0Q1ItAChR.
Possible Solutions:
Plugin or Theme Conflicts: Other plugins or Theme can sometimes conflict with Elementor. Deactivate other plugins one by one to see if any are causing the issue.
Permissions: Check if your WordPress installation has the right file permissions, especially for the “uploads” directory.
Elementor Server Requirements: Ensure your server meets the requirements for Elementor. This includes memory limits, PHP versions, and other settings.
Script Issues: Some ad blockers or browser extensions can block scripts that Elementor needs to function correctly. Try disabling these or use a different browser.
We are wishing you a pleasant day ahead.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
To customize the “Search Results for” text in the search results page created with Elementor using the “Hello Elementor” theme, follow these steps:
- Using Elementor Theme Builder:
- Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to Templates > Theme Builder.
- Find the Search Results template (or create one if you haven’t) and click “Edit with Elementor”.
- If you have added the Title widget you can click on it and assign it a Dynamic Tag with the option to add the prefix of the search text.
- Adjust the text as needed.
- Click Update to save your changes. Screencast: https://somup.com/c0QhDkAkwy
- Custom Code: You can add code to your child theme’s functions.php file. Alternatively you can use a 3rd-party plugin such as Code Snippets to add functions to your theme without needing to use a child theme, and without needing to edit your theme’s functions.php file. The code to add to either your child theme’s functions.php file or to your snippets plugin is: add_filter( ‘elementor/utils/get_the_archive_title’,’archive_callback’ ); function archive_callback( $title ) { if ( is_search() ) { return ‘Your Custom Message Here: ‘ . get_search_query() ; } return $title; } Make sure you change Your Custom Message Here: to whatever you prefer.
- Using a Translation Plugin.
We are wishing you a pleasant day ahead.
Kind Regards,
