Thank you so much for your helpful comment.

I tried the check-email procedure above; it didn’t work. I did not receive the test email. I use a Gmail address, which works fine. I receive and send emails daily. I added it, as well as my work email address, on the Forminator form notification. I was receiving notifications in both email addresses, and at some point it stopped.

I have also done the debugging thing. Sorry, I can’t see the attached file button, so I have pasted the error log below.
