The site admin is working correctly for the first time in several months.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Unable to customize themes with woocommerce enabledStill having the same problems with woocommerce. If I disable woocommerce, everything works perfectly. I have disabled all other plug-ins and have the same issues until I disable woocommerce and then I can access live preview and everything within the Appearance menu works.
Probably a separate issue, I am not able to sort products or access the media library with my current theme, but can do so with the twenty sixteen theme. This is with woocommerce enabled. When I disable woocommerce, I can access the media library with my current theme enabled, so it is a woocommerce / theme issue, but not a theme issue in itself because I can access the media library when woocommerce is disabled.
I am good at following instructions and understanding how things work when they are explained to me and am willing to following any suggestions. I have done my due diligence in disabling plug-ins and testing what works and doesn’t, but need more help to correct the issues woocommerce is creating.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Unable to customize themes with woocommerce enabledAppreciate the assistance; however, customize works perfectly when the woocommerce plugin is disabled so I do not believe it is a SSL issue.
Under Appearance, Background and Customize result in the white screen or http 500 error, but Widgets, Menu and Editor all work with woocommerce enabled. Everything works fine with woocommerce disabled.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Unable to customize themes with woocommerce enabledYes, that is how I found out it was woocommerce causing the issue. As soon as I disabled woocommerce, all word press functions were back to normal.

When trying to do a live preview, I receive a blank white page.
When I try to customize, I receive either the blank white page or HTTP ERROR 500.
Thank you, that fixed the problem on my site.

In reply to: [Plugin – Download Monitor]I was able to resolve the issue by changing the permalink settings from default to Post name. Not sure why it worked, but it did.
