Thanks for checking @pmciano! I’ve enabled “Lazy loading” in the meantime as I noticed that there were attribute tags in the element being generated by JetPack – figured that being disabled in Settings wouldn’t help. So things look up indeed again.

Will get back to you if I find issues again.

Note: interestingly enough the sharing buttons are not shown on the homepage in the most recent posts section. Honestly it is fine as I wouldn’t want them there but expected them to popup in case the “Pages” settings would apply to all of them.
