Thanks so much for all of your consideration of this issue. In the meantime, I’ve done some maintenance on the site. I’m not sure if some broken links or pages that had been ‘retired’ were causing the problem but, today, when I checked the issue to prepare to reply to you, the 500 internal server errors were all gone and it appears that the backup is working perfectly again. Anyway, there are no error alerts on the system now. Thanks again – I’m sorry I can’t give you any more definite information for your purposes. I’m a novice in all of this. I’m just glad it’s behaving itself again and I really do appreciate your interest and support.

Well, I’ve installed the new improved version – just the lite version for now – and it seems to be behaving itself. Thanks to everyone who helped.

I have a menu set up with site.com/parent-page/child-page but, when I set up a new page in wordpress and allocate it to the parent, the url that’s automatically generated ignores the parent information. Am I missing a step?
Thanks SOOOOO much. It’s great to have the site back up and running. I was starting to get really concerned about it being down for so long. Could someone please let me know if/when it’s safe to re-install the plugin?
Updating this plugin just crashed my site. I wish I’d read this support page before installing the update! I’m currently trying to get my host to restore my site using a backup file. I can’t say I’m happy with this happening – especially as it means my site won’t work until the backup fixes the problem. If anyone can tell me why it happened and how to avoid it happening again in future, that would be great, as I enjoyed using this plugin up until now.

In reply to: Can't access wp-admin and site redirecting to www.www.domain.comOK – I’ve managed to use the forum to find a way to get back into the dashboard. Now, however, I still can’t access one of my plug-ins at all. It’s wp-online store and whenever I try to access it through the dashboard to edit the store – which, by the way has gone back to the default products 🙁 – I loop back to the dashboard repeatedly. Is there a way to stop this happening?
