When I first set-up my YOURLS maybe 3-5 days ago, the plugin is actually working, but the short url generation suddenly stopped.
I set-up a new YOURLS, fixed the PHP Version issue, fixed my website’s SSL and used a previous version of the plugin, but all of it seems to be not working.

I also experience the same thing, whenever I edit the Instant Article content through the markup on Facebook page on desktop.
I try to post the iframe embed code of Facebook video, Facebook post and YouTube video, but this notice show up.
