In reply to: No top nav or left side nav… 2.7 upgrade gone wrongI cannot get to the error logs.
There was a 2.6 installation on this box running fine. Did the upgrade, step by step, and this is what I got. Twice.
Id do it again, but figured this is a good time to ask for insight…
Thanks everyone.

In reply to: Is there something wrong with my comments?Yeah, you know what? This seems to be the issue.
I deleted the page and now there is no problem.
I would still like to know what is going on here. Im thinking that my mod_rewrite is directing the comments click to postname#comments and that is, because of my rewrite addon, being directed to the PAGE (which has no comments) as opposed to the post.

In reply to: Is there something wrong with my comments?I am thinking that this might have something to do with the fact that I have both a blog AND a page for the troublesome post?
Would that make any kind of sense?

Thanks, folks. I really do appreciate it. I’m actually inspired to poke around here a little and see what else WP can do.
