How can I provide you wp admin access? Is there some email address I can send login info?

Thanks for your response. I am unsure of what I am supposed to do with the info after inspecting the thumbnails. This is what it says – img.attachment-thumbnail.size-thumbnail.wp-post-image 94×94 I see the code you suggest but its not clear what am I supposed to add to the code that you provided. Also why is this code put in the customizer opposed to the functions.php file in my child theme?
I did add the code you provided without adding to it and put it in additional CSS and there is no change I still see the thumbnails. Fyi I do not have any images in the product gallery just in the feature product and images at to all variations.

Hi unfortunately it has not. I disabled the plugin. You would think being a shopping theme they would care to ensure the popular zoom in feature works, it is 2020 comeon right. The theme developer is pretty brutal and they said they would look at addressing it one day. There are other issues much bigger with the theme where things don’t work like their demo does, bugs they won’t fix and Envato supports them so I am stuck paying someone to fix the theme. Worst support even regardless of their start rating. Also the plugin developer could have been more helpful too I have theme a screen shot and over a month has past and no response, pretty weak even considering the situation in the world. Nice features but honestly brutal support not unlike most theme developers I have dealt with. Rant over. Good luck.

I’m using the Yith Zoom Magnifier plugin along with the Ciya wp theme. What do yo mean write one of the product pages in the next reply? You need to see the issue, here is a link to check out https://imgur.com/a/JJ7maxk. You can see the issue is the image is duplicating….Thanks

I seem to have the same problem and have duplicate product images that are created on the product pages with the zoom magnifier installed. My site is is not live to the public so is there a way I can send you a username and password privately?
