Thomas the author was in touch with me and this issue applies to the free version, not the Pro version which I have. I hope this issue can be resolved by the review team as the free version exposure is what promotes the paid version. Not for anything, nobody cried foul concerning the folder limit.

Oxygen Builder https://oxygenbuilder.com/ is a plugin. The plugin actually disables the WordPress theming system. Oxygen is growing in popularity due to the lightweight code it generates compared to other page builders on the market.
