sorted the issue…. as mentioned in other posts, I removed the clearboth from the thumbnail css stylesheet file from my FTP.
I have worked out how to center my gallery 🙂
But I still have the large white space above my gallery. If I add another gallery to the same page the extra space doesn’t appear, it only happens to the first gallery on the page??
Im using wordpress 3.8
and Nextgen Gallery version 2.0.40
