Thank you for replying. Yes the new update has made the chat pop up on the admin panel. Now i am having a problem where only about 1 out of 3 messages i send go to the customer. I get everything from their side though. Sometimes the customer doesnt get any of the messages. Also randomly the chat box will say the customer has either closed or ended the chat even though it is still open on my other computer, and sometimes the customers computer will show that the admin closed the chat even though i did not click “End Chat”.
