Thank you for your response. I’ve spoken with my theme provider who have said this below
As we can see, the WooCommerce plugin tries to get the theme version using wordpress.org API. But since our theme is not hosted there it got this notice. It is harmless and you can ignore it.
I’m not sure this is correct as I’ve already installed the theme on another site and this issue does not happen on that site.

Thank you for your response. I’ve tried your steps and it appears to be the Theme and the child theme I’m using. Everything else works perfectly with no errors.
Any reasons why this may be happening? And the next steps to take.
