So I deactivated all the plugins and tried WooCommerce alone and same thing happened, only the website content was showing and the other WooCommerce pages only showed the WooCommerce shortcodes.

I have tried the steps you have given and still the same issue persists. I’ve no idea whats causing it to be honest. Do you think it could be something in the main files of the theme causing it?
