Thanks for your response. The issue (site crashing) occurs as we are applying the update to Event Tickets version 5.18.0.1. Here is the information you requested:
- PHP version 8.0.30 (Supports 64bit values)
- WordPress version 6.7.1
- Event Tickets version 5.17.0.1
- Sparkling theme, version 2.4.9
