Hi there,
I used to have the same problem, then I found a workaround solution. It is necessary first to deactivate the qtranslate plugin, then to add new placemarks and then to reactivate the qtranslate plugin.
However, I have noticed that in the latest version of bgmp plugin the placemarks seem to be more integrated with qtranslate – the language tabs are available, but for some reason the text inside placemarks does not change according to the language selected – all language versions are displayed at the same time. I keep trying to find a solution.
