I just deactivated “WP Tabular” (another plug-in) and Ninja Forms has come alive.
I suggest the same to other new users like me. If you are having plug-in problems, start deactivating other plug-ins until you find the one that is screwing things up.

I’m having the same issue. Our site is about to go live and I may have to replace this calendar with another one if I can’t get it to work only for registered users. Has anybody had any luck with this?
