    I am looking at the Media Library in grid view. The list view shows the svg thumbnails with no problem. I am using the Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) plugin to allow upload and display of svg files. This worked great in 3.9.2.

    Problem shows only in Media Library grid view in 4.0 rc-1.
